Head of Design at Betway’s global in-house Creative studio of 20 multi-disciplinary designers (Creative, UI/UX, Motion, Social), I oversaw all aspects of studio leadership, talent management & procurement, marketing, brand development, strategy, budgeting and technology delivery collaborating with 3 internal studios and external agencies.
