CHILI Publish

The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) required a massive shift in their content supply chain, moving from manual agency production to a self-serve, automated model.

For CHILI Publish, the challenge was not just providing software, but proving that the CHILI GraFx engine could serve as the backbone for TCCC’s global "StudioX" platform.

The technology needed to handle immense scale, complex brand logic, and seamless integration into a multi-agency ecosystem  without compromising performance or brand integrity.

The Solution

To ensure the successful adoption of CHILI technology within TCCC, a dedicated strategic and technical lead was required to bridge the gap between product capabilities and enterprise requirements.

The solution involved translating TCCC’s complex marketing needs into scalable CHILI Smart Template architectures and influencing the product roadmap to support enterprise-grade features like dynamic resizing and deep ecosystem integration.

The Execution

02

Ecosystem Orchestration

Led the technical integration strategy, connecting CHILI GraFx with Kadanza and Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring the software functioned as a seamless engine within TCCC’s broader tech stack.

03

Standardisation & Governance

Developed and deployed the TCCC Accreditation Learning Programme, a bespoke training framework that upskilled agency partners, ensuring the CHILI technology was utilized correctly and consistently across the global supply chain.

04

Innovation Leadership

Drove future-proofing initiatives by partnering with Product teams to develop AI Proof of Concepts (PoCs), demonstrating how CHILI could leverage AI for faster template production and content customization.
