The Coca-Cola Company

The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) faced a critical operational bottleneck: delivering hyper-localised content across hundreds of global markets was too slow and too expensive.

The existing model relied heavily on external agencies for routine production tasks, creating significant friction in the supply chain.

TCCC needed a way to maintain strict global brand standards while empowering local teams to create assets at speed - without the high costs and delays associated with traditional agency workflows.

The Solution

The answer was StudioX (ShopX) - a revolutionary self-serve marketing platform designed to democratise content creation. The vision was to shift from a "request-and-wait" agency model to a tech-enabled "create-and-deploy" system.

By leveraging CHILI GraFx automation, the solution required a bespoke ecosystem that would allow local marketers to customise, resize, and output production-ready assets independently, all within a pre-approved, brand-safe environment.

The Execution

01

Ecosystem Architecture

Orchestrated the complex technical integration of CHILI GraFx with Kadanza and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), creating a seamless flow of data and assets across the enterprise.

02

Workflow Innovation

Collaborated with engineering to develop core product functionalities, including User Managed Resizing and Printer Workflow Configurations, while pioneering AI Proof of Concepts to further accelerate template production.

03

Global Governance

Designed the TCCC Accreditation Learning Programme, a mandatory framework ensuring all agency partners adhered to the new template production standards.

04

Measurable Impact

The deployment of this self-serve model resulted in a 94.6% reduction in agency production costs, successfully launching a platform that now powers Coca-Cola’s marketing operations globally.

Acting as the strategic bridge between TCCC, CHILI Publish, and the WPP agency ecosystem, I spearheaded the end-to-end delivery of this transformation:
